We not only provide the Ideal Protein protocol and it’s food, we also work hard every week to come up with diverse recipes so that you do not feel deprived from the food you love and miss so much!

Each week we also release a “Tip of the Week” to help you staying on course throughout the program, not only physically but mentally.

Our weigh-ins consist of 15 minutes where the dieters get on our high-tech scale for a body composition analysis (this measures their body mass index, body fat %, visceral fat, body water % and more!), and then we do body measurements to make sure they are losing inches all around (arms, legs, chest, thorax, waist and hips). After this, we sit with the dieter to talk about their concerns, review their food journal, and anything else that might have happened that past week.
